When I moved to
Germany in 1978 to
work as a musician
killing and horrible,
inhumane, and sadistic
atrocities that were
inflicted on millions of
innocent Jews simply
because they were Jewish.
What the Germans
conspired to do during
this period cannot be
forgotten, and the United
States Holocaust Memorial
Museum will ensure that
the true story is told. My
visit to the Museum will
be forever remembered,
especially seeing the
suffering and death of
innocent Jewish children.

Reich was a new experience.
Their family secrets and
the inability of many to talk
about the war years were
debilitating and painful
for them. Education and
documenting the truths of
those years are incredibly
important. I am proud to be
a Legacy of Light Guardian
and support the Museum’s
work ensuring that the
facts are documented and
available to all.”
